Before True Path Careers, I spent 30 years operating at a senior level — building teams from scratch, recruiting and interviewing hundreds of candidates, writing proposals that had to survive Board scrutiny, and leading people through exactly the kind of career challenges you're facing now.
That means when you tell me about your work, I don't just listen — I understand it. I know what a hiring manager is actually looking for. I know how organisations make decisions about people. I know what gets a CV into the yes pile and what gets it quietly filtered out. I've been on that side of the table.
And I know how to translate all of that — whether you're a finance leader, a programme director, an exec leaving the military, or a specialist in a field most CV writers have never heard of — into something that speaks directly to the people you want to reach.
